NONYL PHENOL CONDENSATES
The Products are generally described as Alkyl Aryl Polyether Alcohols and have chemical formula as :
C6H19 - C6H4 - (OCH2 CH2) X OH
Noionics made from Alkyl Phenols and Ethylene Oxide give excellent emulsification, detergency and wetting power combined with moderate to low foams and very good chemical stability.
Their solubility varies with the amount of Ethylene Oxide and accordingly they are soluble in oil, water and organic solvents. Being nonionic in nature they are stable in hard water, acidic and aikaline mediums.
USES: NP - 45 is used In making kerosene and oil emulsions for use in making textile lubricating oils, sOftners, antistatic agent etc.
It is useful as emulsifier for mineral oils, kerosene and chlorinatesd hydrocarbons.
NP - 95 is excellent wetting agent and emulsifier for aromatic solvents. It is a powerful wetting agent and used for formulating textile process chemicals where strong wetting and dispersing properties are required. It is also used in level dyeing formulations for fabrics, and also useful in making pesticide emulsifiers and preparations for leather processing chemcials.
NP - 20 is good dispersing agent and used in making pigment printing i pastes in textiles and other wet processes where higher temperatures, wettingand dispersing properties are required. It is useful in formulating level dyeing and stripping agents for synthetic textile processing.

USES:
Castor Oil 30 Moles is used as emulsifier and lubricant for fatty alcohol and pesticides formulations.
Castor Oil 40 Moles is used as lubricant and softener for textile, coemulsifier for dye carrier systems. Emulsifier for various oil, fats and waxes. It is useful as dispersing agent for pigments in paints and universal colorant. It is also used in pesticide formulations.
